Patricia Walker

Patricia (AKA- Patti) moved to Milford, PA in 1987 with her husband, Tom. They have lived in Pike County for 33 years where they raised three children who attended the Delaware Valley School District. Patti has been active in all of her children's sporting and recreational activities throughout the years and has taken an active role as PTA President and was on the Board of Directors of GAIT (Genuine Alternatives in Therapy). She also served as an Auxiliary member of Help Our Kids, a non-profit group helping to support children and their families with special needs. She has worked for 35 years in the Tri-State area as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus on children. She also had the privilege of being a part of the staff at the Center for Developmental Disabilities in Milford as a Family Service Specialist in the early part of 2000 for several years. All of her experience has led her to a passion in helping others explore how to set their own personal goals and to achieve them. This has helped pave the way to an exciting career in real estate. Patti believes that people can create their own happiness by doing what makes them happy. "I get up each day and enjoy going to work as a Realtor because I know I'm going to be helping others create happiness in their lives with a home that they can love and find pleasure in."

Patti attended the Pocono Real Estate Academy in East Stroudsburg, PA and received a total of 75 hours in Real Estate Fundamental and Real Estate Practice in preparation for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Exam. She has her Pennsylvania State Real Estate License.

Patti was born and raised in Rockaway, NJ and lived their until she was married in 1984. She attended and graduated from Morris Hills Regional High School. She loves the outdoors and began camping and traveling throughout the United State with her family at a young age. She has visited most of the 50 States, including Puerto Rico. In addition to her travels, Patti enjoys boating, fishing, and gardening. In the cooler months she enjoys taking long walks to enjoy all of God's beautiful creations. Patti is a novice bowler, loves to cook and spend time with her family.

Patti has earned her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Kean University and obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.

Patti has over 35 years of Social Work experience working with individuals and families with disabilities. This has given her a solid foundation in working with people of all backgrounds and walks of life. She brings her love for people to the work she does in real estate. Patti knows how to problem solve and to get the job done right.
